This is the “King Louie West and Ice Chateau”. Originally built in 1965, the 70,000 square-foot building featured an ice-skating rink and 32-lane bowling alley.  Now it sits empty.  In late 2011 there were a few articles written suggesting that Johnson County had purchase the building and was planning to move it’s museum into the space.
